We offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on all of our non-custom products. There is no restocking charge, but the customer is repsponsible for the return shipping cost of the item or items. Call us at 1-888-866-9826 or email us at sales@seanjames.com with questions or problems. We issue a pick up to your location for any returned items. Returns without previous authorization will not be accepted.

Our shipping prices on the website are only for the 48 contiguous 48 states. Shipments to HI and AK are not included. We would be glad to quote you the shipping rates to either state at your request.
